Class Schedule
We are a Jiu Jitsu academy in Longwood for the whole family.
You can see that reflected in our schedule. On Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, we have morning and afternoon adult training specific classes, with a kids’ class (7-12) and another adult class in the early evening. On Tuesday and Thursday, our Jiu Jitsu classes include two adult classes and a kids’ class (6 and under). Take a look at our schedule and find the right time for your training!
